- Knowledge of Unified Endpoint Management tools MS Intune, SCCM and Nexthink
- Strong background in IT Asset management and experience in managing hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle
- Expertise in Windows 11 migration projects & support
- A strong background in End user computing technologies, with expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting remote desktop solutions for enterprise environments
- Developing and implementing EUC strategies: Aligning EUC technology with business goals and objectives.
- Design, deploy, and manage remote desktop infrastructure solutions, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Excellent in interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, strong logical, analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and Learning: Strong desire to learn new technologies and stay up to date with the evolving EUC landscape
